AT-F7-HV

The AT-F7-HV slit is an enhanced version of the original ESRF slit (AT-F7-AIR), which was designed for application in air or inside a larger vacuum chamber. We extended the ESRF design to also allow for connectors via vacuum flanges.

The characteristics of this system are the same as for the AT-F7-AIR slit: The compact size, the blade control (where one motor defines the aperture size and another determines the position of the aperture) and the sub-micron resolution. The slit is operated with in-vacuum motors.

A distinctive feature of the AT-F7-HV and AT-F7-AIR slit systems are the flexible positioning of their 7 mm x 7 mm aperture due to a total translation travel range of 14 mm.
