Heavy Load Multi- and Single-axis Stages

Heavy load multi- and single-axis stages contain a wide range of stages typically used at the end stations to manipulate the samples or detectors or for steering optical elements.

In our terms, a heavy load multi-axis stage is a stage containing both translational and rotational movements that are merged into one stage while the single-axis stage has a more limited movement. The accuracies and resolutions can be user-defined and are typically in the range from sub-µm (or sub µrad) to 0.1 mm (or 1 mrad). Load capacities are ranging from 100 g. to more than 5000 kg.
